Positioning - Processing
Mining / Blast hole positioning: With two ZMX you can project any pre-programmed point of intersection onto all surfaces.

The cross laser ZMX consists of a special housing within which the diode laser can be rotated precisely by a motor. Utilising two ZMX lasers, operators can quickly point to points for drilling blast holes.

One of the main fields of application is underground mining to show precise points for drilling blast holes on the rock face. By slowly changing the inclination of two ZMX lasers used in conjuntion, you can pin-point required blast holes for blasting with dynamite. With larger stone blocks these blast holes may be placed in up to three meters deep.

The laser  beam has been widened to two beams via a special double optical prism. The two beams now form an asymmetrical  cross with different line lengths. This makes the rotation extremely visible - The laser cross can be turned around  a maximum of 350° in steps of 0.5°. The laser and the rotating direction are controlled via an RS 485 interface.

As an accessory offers Z-LASER the mounting H1-55. This mounting guarantees an easy and exact adjustment  of the laser.
